ALL YOU CAN EAT
Every evening we have a tasting of five potato varieties prepared in different ways. Choose between roasted half baby chicken served with vegetable ratatouille and basil pesto and aged rump cap with an excellent peppercorn sauce, and we will serve you potatoes with your meat, as much as you can eat. In our tasting, we currently offer COLOMBA potatoes boiled with the skin on served with truffle butter and chopped parsley, popular AGÁTA potatoes confit in olive oil and sea salt with rosemary, capers and dried tomatoes, SPUNTA potatoes baked on charcoal in x-oven with cumin and mint and coriander yoghurt sauce and SIEGLINDE potatoes boiled with the skin on served with curd, chives and bacon.
